More about this game
Your goal is to survive five waves of enemy planes and defeat the giant clay blimp. Your fighter shoots automatically, so your main focus is dodging incoming projectiles and enemy ships. As you progress, the waves get larger, growing from five enemies in the first wave to twelve in the fifth wave. Enemy projectiles also move faster in later stages, requiring quicker reflexes. A run ends in victory if you deplete the blimp's 72 health points, or in defeat if you lose your three hearts.
Tips
- Grab the lightning bolt power-up to increase your firing speed for exactly 7 seconds, which is incredibly helpful for clearing crowded screens.
- Enemies drop a power-up every three kills. The drop cycle rotates between shields, rapid fire, and stars, so aggressive play rewards you with better survivability.
- During the boss fight against the Big Clay Blimp, focus on dodging its three-way spread shots before trying to line up your attacks. The boss has 72 health points, so patience is key.
Questions
How do I heal my plane?
You cannot recover lost hearts once you take damage. However, you can collect the diamond-shaped shield power-up to absorb one incoming hit without losing a heart.
How many waves are in the game?
There are five regular waves of enemies. The first wave has five enemies, and the fifth wave has twelve. After clearing them, you face the final boss.
How does the scoring system work?
You earn 150 points multiplied by the current wave number for each standard enemy destroyed. Catching a star grants 400 points. During the final battle, hitting the boss gives 25 points per shot, and destroying it awards a massive 5000 points.
