In Last Stop: Midnight, you explore an abandoned train carriage to restore its lost memories. Your goal is to find hidden keepsakes—like a brass fuse or a silver key—in each cabin and drag them to broken systems to repair the train. As you fix each of the 3 cabins, you uncover a sealed letter revealing a passenger's story from 1936. The difficulty remains steady as you progress through the compartments. A run ends when you restore all 3 cabins, read their stories, and unlock the final station at dawn.
Tips
- Use the Brew Tea button for a 4-second hint if you lose track of the pulsing hotspot.
- Make sure to drag the item within 150 units of the repair socket to snap it into place successfully.
- Check your pocket watch to see the time advance from 11:57 to 12:00 as you complete the 3 passenger stories.

How many cabins are there to restore?
There are 3 specific cabins to restore: The Sleeping Light, The Quiet Compartment, and The Stopped Clock. Each contains its own unique keepsake and a letter dated from late 1936.
What happens when I finish the game?
After restoring all 3 cabins and reading their stories, the pocket watch strikes 12:00. You unlock the final station, Bellweather at Dawn, and can choose to ride the train again.
How do I get a hint if I am stuck?
Tap the 'Brew tea' button in the bottom hub menu. It displays a text hint on the screen for exactly 4 seconds, telling you whether to search, repair, or read.
