More about this game

The goal is to check in with your emotional state using a private digital deck. You start by setting your current comfort level on a slider from zero (Activated) to four (Open). Then, you draw a three-card spread focusing on safety anchors, attraction contexts, and boundary needs. Each card offers a specific insight and a question to consider. After revealing all three cards, you can select from six feeling tags like Grounded or Tender, and write a reflection note up to 600 characters. Your entries are saved in a private journal.

Tips
  • You can tap the restart spread button before moving to the reflection screen if the current cards do not resonate with your mood.
  • Your journal saves up to 30 past entries in the background, but only displays the 5 most recent ones in the reflection overlay.
  • You do not have to write a full note; you can save a reflection using only the provided tags, or leave it completely blank.
Questions

How many cards are in the deck?

There are currently six unique cards in the library, divided into three categories: safety anchors, attraction contexts, and boundary needs.

Can I clear my saved journal entries?

Yes, you can open the journal overlay and tap the clear button twice to erase all saved data, lock the cards again, and start fresh.

Is there a time limit for reading the cards?

No, there are no timers in this sanctuary. You can move at your own pace and take as long as you need to write your 600-character reflection.
