More about this game

This spatial study challenges you to restore a scrambled 3x3x3 cube to its solved form. The core loop involves orbiting the camera to inspect the layout, then dragging individual tiles to rotate entire layers. The game tracks your total moves, encouraging you to find the most efficient solution. Difficulty depends on how thoroughly the cube is scrambled; the default shuffle applies 10 random twists. A run ends when all colored tiles return to their original home coordinates, triggering a precise solve notification.

Tips
  • Dragging a tile requires passing an 18-pixel threshold to register the twist, preventing accidental layer rotations while you are trying to orbit the camera.
  • Use the Undo button to reverse your exact previous twist. This directly subtracts from your move counter, keeping your score low when you make a mistake.
  • The default shuffle applies exactly 10 random moves. If you get completely lost, press the Reset button to instantly snap all cubies back to their home coordinates.
Questions

How do I look around the puzzle?

Drag the quiet space in the background to orbit the camera. The orbit sensitivity is set to 0.009, allowing you to smoothly view the crimson, ivory, and cobalt sides.

What happens when I press Shuffle?

Pressing the Shuffle button applies 10 random twists to the x, y, and z axes. It clears your current move counter and prepares the board for a fresh solving attempt.

How do I know when the game is finished?

The status text will change from Form in motion to Solved form once every tile matches its home coordinate. A toast message reading Solved precise will also appear.
