How to play
- Move left and right to navigate the rooftop and avoid guard searchlights.
- Toggle Codex mode to reveal hackable nodes and enable your dash ability.
- Hack cameras, streetlights, and drones while in Codex mode to freeze them.
- Shoot guards to clear a path, but watch out for corporate reinforcements.
- Reach the digital terminal at the far right after hacking all four nodes.

More about this game
Your goal is to hack four security nodes and reach the terminal at the end of the rooftop. You must avoid guard patrols, laser grids, and tracking drones that fire rockets if they spot you. Toggling into Codex mode lets you dash and hack electronics, but it only lasts five seconds before needing a three-second cooldown. Hacking too fast fills your overload meter, locking you out for five seconds. A single hit from a laser or bullet ends the run.
Tips
- Keep an eye on your overload meter. Each hack adds 28 points, and hitting 100 locks your hacking abilities for 5 seconds.
- Codex mode only lasts 5 seconds and has a 3-second cooldown. Activate it only when you are near a node or need to dash.
- Shooting a guard triggers an explosion with a 210-pixel blast radius and spawns two corporate reinforcements, so keep your distance.
Questions
How do I get past the drones?
Wait for the drone to look away, then activate Codex mode and hack it. This freezes the drone for 4 seconds, disabling its searchlight and rockets.
Why can't I dash?
Dashing costs 100 energy and requires Codex mode to be active. After dashing, your energy takes 3 seconds to start recharging.
What happens if a guard sees me?
If you step into a guard's yellow search cone, they will investigate your last known position and fire their weapon every 0.5 seconds.
