More about this game

Animal Odd Facts is a trivia game where you race to answer ten multiple-choice questions about nature. Each exhibit presents an animal, like an octopus or an axolotl, alongside four possible answers and a fifteen-second timer. The faster you select the correct answer, the more bonus points you earn on top of the standard 100 points. The run ends after all ten questions are answered. Your final score and collected badges determine your naturalist rank, ranging from a Museum Explorer to a Master Naturalist.

Tips
  • Answer as quickly as possible. You receive a base of 100 points for a correct answer, plus a time bonus of up to 50 points based on how many seconds remain.
  • Keep an eye on the timer box in the top right corner. When you have exactly five seconds left, the box will turn red and pulse to warn you.
  • Do not worry if you guess incorrectly. You will still get to read the detailed explanation, such as why wombat droppings are cube-shaped or why sea otters hold paws.
Questions

What happens if the timer runs out?

If the fifteen-second timer reaches zero, the game counts it as an incorrect answer. You will see a Time's up message and miss out on that exhibit's badge, but you can still read the fact.

How are the final titles calculated?

Your title depends entirely on how many of the ten badges you collect. You need all ten for Master Naturalist, eight for Senior Field Scholar, five for Curious Naturalist, and anything lower results in Museum Explorer.

Can I save my progress if I leave?

Yes, the game automatically saves your current exhibit. If you leave and return later, a toast message will confirm that your museum tour was restored right where you left off.
