A chapter ends when you complete the dialogue sequence, unlocking the next venue on the map.
Tips
- Choices have different base values; for example, publishing a video with a clear caption gives 14 points, while filing a complaint gives 11.
- Your viral impact increases based on a choice impact multiplier, while reform gain uses a default multiplier of 12.
- Keep an eye on both the Town Reform and Viral Impact meters, as they cap at exactly 100%.

How do I unlock new locations?
