More about this game
Pixel Bubble Pop is a retro arcade game where you must clear the board by matching three or more bubbles of the same color. The ceiling drops closer every five shots you take without making a match. You can bounce shots off the walls to reach tricky spots. If any bubble crosses the danger line at the bottom, the game ends. Clearing the entire board advances you to the next level, adding more colors to the mix.
Tips
- Keep an eye on the drop counter. The ceiling lowers every 5 missed shots.
- Use the swap button to save a useful color for your next move.
- Aim for bubbles near the top to drop disconnected clusters for extra points.
Questions
How do I get a higher score?
You earn 40 points per popped bubble and 70 points for each disconnected bubble that drops. Building a combo by making consecutive matches also adds a 60-point bonus per combo level.
Why did the ceiling drop?
The ceiling drops every 5 shots if you don't make a match. Making a successful match resets the shot counter back to 5.
How many levels are there?
The game starts with 4 colors on level 1. Each time you clear the board, you advance a level and a new color is added, up to a maximum of 8 colors.
