More about this game
You have 75 seconds to manage the Roseville Police dispatch queue. Read incoming public calls and decide if the situation requires police units or if it is just Jack safely navigating with his white cane and guide dog, Sunny Two. As you clear calls, the difficulty ramps up across four tiers, giving you less time to decide and presenting more ambiguous reports. A run ends when the 75-second shift timer runs out, scoring you on accuracy, speed, and total cleared calls.
Tips
- Watch the decision window timer carefully; it starts at 11 seconds and shrinks down to a minimum of 5.5 seconds as you clear more calls and reach higher tiers.
- Build a streak by answering correctly to increase your score multiplier up to 2x. Fast correct answers also award a speed bonus of up to 90 extra points.
- A white cane or a dog in a working harness means no danger. Only route active harm, fire, injury, or crime to dispatch units to avoid a 125-point penalty.
Questions
What happens if I make the wrong choice?
Choosing the wrong option or letting the timer run out breaks your current streak, adds two segments to the queue pressure, and deducts exactly 125 points from your total score.
How does the queue pressure work?
The queue pressure bar shows how overwhelmed the dispatch center is. It increases by two segments for every mistake or timeout, up to a maximum of eight segments, and decreases with correct answers.
Can I listen to the calls instead of reading?
Yes, you can press the Replay call button to have the transcript read aloud using text-to-speech. This helps if you process audio faster than text during the strict 75-second shift.
