More about this game

In Galactic Dreadnought Striker, you pilot an interceptor against a massive battleship. Your ship fires automatically while you drag to dodge enemy projectiles and target the dreadnought's five weak points: the Bridge, Core Hull, Engine Bay, and two Cannons. Destroying a segment drops an Ammo Core that changes your weapon to missiles, plasma, or lasers. The enemy's fire rate increases over time, and after 12 seconds, they begin firing spread shots. The run ends in victory if you destroy all segments, or defeat if you take a hit.

Tips
  • Missiles deal 58 damage with a 118-pixel splash radius, making them excellent for damaging multiple adjacent battleship segments at the exact same time.
  • The laser beam deals continuous damage but requires you to stay directly under your target. Plasma deals a heavy 122 damage per hit.
  • Enemy fire rate increases as the run goes on, and after 12 seconds they have a 45 percent chance to fire a three-projectile spread.
Questions

How do I change weapons?

Destroying a dreadnought segment drops an Ammo Core. Collect it to randomly switch your weapon to missiles, plasma, or a laser beam, and instantly earn a 320-point bonus.

What happens if I touch the dreadnought?

You start with 1.4 seconds of invulnerability, but after that, if your interceptor collides with any part of the dreadnought or an enemy projectile, your ship is destroyed and the run ends.

How is the score calculated?

You earn 2 points per second, 320 points for cores, and 850 to 1300 points per segment. Winning grants a time bonus calculated as 12,000 minus 90 points per second elapsed.
