In Leukocyte: Bio-Neon Surge, your goal is to survive endless waves of viral attacks. You must drag your cell to engulf spike viruses, which restores your constantly decaying energy. Avoid toxic spores that damage your health. Every fifth wave introduces a Mega Virus boss that you must defeat. Between waves, choose upgrades to improve your speed, energy gain, or defenses. The run ends when your health reaches zero.
Tips
- Keep moving to engulf spike viruses; your energy decays by 5.5 per second.
- Save 25 energy for a Cytokine Blast to escape tight situations or damage the boss.
- Grab power-ups like Mitosis or Macrophage Surge to gain temporary advantages.

How do I defeat the Mega Virus?
The Mega Virus appears every 5 waves. You can damage it by using the Blast ability (costs 25 energy) or by hitting it while you have the Macrophage Surge power-up active.
Why am I losing health?
You lose health if you touch toxic spores, get hit by the Mega Virus, or if your energy drops to zero. Keep engulfing spike viruses to maintain your energy.
What do the upgrades do?
Upgrades can increase your move speed, reduce the Blast cooldown, increase energy gained from engulfing, or reduce incoming damage. You can choose one after clearing a wave.
