Design a treacherous dungeon layout using traps and monsters to stop invading heroes from reaching the core.
How to play
- Drag a trap or monster card onto an open grid cell.
- Ensure a valid path remains open to the dungeon Heart.
- Tap a placed defense to upgrade it or sell it for Coins.
- Launch the wave to send heroes into your maze.
- Defeat heroes to earn Coins and Monster Gems for the next wave.

In Dungeon Architect: Reverse Rai, you must defend your dungeon's glowing Heart from waves of invading heroes. During the build phase, spend Coins to place traps and monsters on the grid, shaping the longest possible path for the invaders. Heroes will adapt and seek the most efficient route. Earn Coins and Monster Gems by defeating enemies, and use them to upgrade your defenses or unlock new units. The run ends if 3 heroes escape with your treasure.
Tips
- Combine traps and monsters to create lethal chokepoints along the hero path.
- Every 10th wave is a Boss Expedition that grants +15 Coins immediately.
- Use Monster Gems in the Shop and Barracks between raids to unlock and upgrade creatures.
Questions
How do I get more Coins?
You earn Coins by defeating heroes during a raid. Bosses drop 5 Coins, while regular heroes drop 1. You also get a wave completion reward of 7 Coins.
Why can't I place a defense?
You cannot block the only path to the Heart. The heroes must always have a reachable route, or the placement will be refunded.
What happens if heroes reach the Heart?
If 3 heroes reach the Heart and escape, your dungeon falls and the run ends. You must rebuild your maze from scratch.
