More about this game
The main goal of Stone Balance Zen is to build the tallest possible tower by stacking irregularly shaped stones. In the core loop, you drag each new stone into position and release it softly onto the growing stack. As the tower gets higher, the difficulty naturally increases because the structure becomes more prone to swaying and leaning. A standard run ends if the tower drifts too far from its center or if a stone slips below the waterline. However, you can toggle Zen mode at any time to disable these failure conditions and simply enjoy the relaxing physics.
Tips
- Pay close attention to the calm meter. A new stone will only spawn when the average motion of the tower drops below 55, so patience is key.
- The fail lean threshold is 0.52. If your tower starts drifting too far to one side, try dropping the next stone slightly off-center on the opposite side.
- Stones have a friction value of 0.82, meaning they can slide if dropped on a steep angle. Aim for the flattest available surface on the top stone.
Questions
What does Zen mode do?
Zen mode disables the failure conditions. You can continue stacking even if the tower falls over or stones drop below the waterline, allowing for a completely relaxing, stress-free experience.
How is my height score calculated?
Your height score is based on the highest point of the tower divided by 110. The game records your best height, which is saved locally on your device.
Why did my tower suddenly fail?
In normal mode, the game ends if the stack leans beyond the 0.52 limit while the calm meter is below 18, or if a stone falls below the camera's waterline.
