More about this game
Your goal is to connect a line of your chosen plant across the garden grid. You take turns placing either clovers or blooms on open tiles, trying to build your line while blocking your opponent. You can choose grid sizes from a tiny 2x2 patch up to a 6x6 field, or try Endless Mode where the boards grow larger and the opponent gets tougher. The round ends when someone completes their line or the garden fills up completely, resulting in a draw.
Tips
- On the 3x3 grid, taking the center tile gives you the most options for building a line, as it connects to all corners and sides.
- Watch out for blocked patches with stones or bushes, as neither player can plant there, which changes the available winning paths.
- In Endless Mode, the opponent gets tougher as you progress from round 1 upwards, and the grid expands to 4x4 at round 3 and 5x5 at round 7.
Questions
What are the different grid sizes?
You can choose between 2x2, 3x3, 4x4, 5x5, and 6x6 garden grids. The 2x2 grid requires 2 in a row to win, while the larger grids require a line matching their size.
What happens if the garden board fills up?
If every open tile is planted and neither player has formed a winning line, the round ends in a draw and you can try the pattern again.
How does Endless Mode work?
Endless Mode challenges you with increasingly difficult rounds. You start on a 3x3 grid, and as you win, the opponent becomes smarter and the grid eventually grows up to 5x5.
