In Root Cafe Rush, you control a Capybara Chef managing a busy tree-root cafe. Your goal is to gather ingredients like mushrooms, berries, herbs, and honey by standing near pantry nooks, then deliver them to waiting customers. Customers have a patience timer, and if it runs out before they are served, you lose reputation. Serving customers quickly builds a combo multiplier for higher scores. Between waves, you choose perks to improve your speed, gathering range, or customer patience. The game ends when your reputation drops to zero.
Tips
- You can hold up to 4 of each ingredient at a time, so stock up before a rush.
- Serving customers within the 4.5-second combo window multiplies your score.
- Prioritize customers with the lowest patience bar to avoid losing reputation points.

How do I gather ingredients?
Simply move the chef close to the ingredient stations. The chef will automatically pick them up if you have space in your inventory.
What happens if a customer's patience runs out?
If a customer's patience timer reaches zero before you serve them, they will leave and you will lose 1 reputation point.
How do I get a higher score?
Serve customers quickly to maintain and build your combo multiplier. Each consecutive serve within the combo window increases your points.
