How to play

Select the next unlocked planet on the map.
Dodge the incoming gates during the descent phase.
Enter the core ring and hold absorb to drain energy.
Release absorb and move to evade the planet's defenses.
Fill the collapse meter to 100 to consume the planet.

Take control of a cosmic parasite in Planet Devourer: Core Collapse. Your goal is to consume the eight planets of the Sol System in order, from Mercury to Neptune. Each planet has two phases: an infiltration descent where you dodge gates, and a core phase where you must hold position and absorb energy while avoiding unique planetary defenses like solar flares, missiles, and gravity tilts. Fill the collapse meter to 100 to consume the planet and evolve. A single hit from a defense destroys the parasite, forcing you to retry the planet.

Tips

Absorbing energy slows your movement speed down significantly, so release the button early to dodge fast attacks.
Uranus tilts gravity, pulling your parasite while you try to dodge its freeze beams.
Missiles on Earth, Mars, and Saturn track your position; keep moving in wide arcs to outrun them.

Questions

How do I unlock the next planet?

You must consume the planets in order. Successfully trigger a core collapse on the current planet to unlock the next one in the route.

What happens when I get hit?

The parasite is destroyed instantly. You will have to retry the current planet from the beginning of the descent phase.

How do I win the game?

Consume all eight planets in the Sol System to achieve the Universal Devourer form.
