More about this game
Cat Loop Studio lets you build a custom music loop by toggling eight different instrument pads, including a kick, snare, hi-hat, bass, synth, bell, clap, and meow. As the four-step sequencer runs, active pads trigger their sounds on specific beats, lighting up the step indicators from one to four. You can adjust the tempo from 70 to 160 BPM, mute individual tracks, and name your mix up to 22 characters. The game has no end state; you simply experiment with different combinations to create your ideal loop while the cat speaker pulses to the rhythm.
Tips
- The game starts with the kick, hi-hat, bass, and meow pads already active at a default 112 BPM.
- Instruments trigger based on the four-step sequencer, so experiment with which of the eight pads are active to change the rhythm.
- Use the mute button to quickly test how a track sounds without losing its place in your loop.
