In BlindSpot: Storefront Truths, you guide Jack, his guide dog Zig-Zag, and his friend Penny through three encounters in a Roseville electronics store. Your goal is to complete your shopping list while raising public awareness and collecting video clips for Gemma. During each encounter, you choose between polite, direct, or truth-bomb responses to intrusive questions. Polite answers cost no cool, while direct and truth-bomb answers raise more awareness but drain Jack's cool meter. The run ends after three aisles, showing your final awareness score, defeated Karens, and whether you reached the sixty-point awareness threshold for the best ending.
Tips
- Polite answers raise public awareness by exactly 12 points and cost 0 cool, leaving Jack completely calm for the next aisle.
- Truth-bombs cost 10 cool but raise awareness by 25 points and earn a Gemma clip, which helps you reach the sixty-point ending.
- Direct answers cost 5 cool, raise awareness by 18 points, and add one to your defeated Karen stat without draining too much energy.
Questions
How do I get Gemma clips?
You earn exactly one Gemma clip each time you select the Truth-bomb dialogue option during an encounter. These clips are tallied at the end of your shopping trip.
What happens if Jack's cool runs out?
The game allows Jack's cool meter to drop down to 0, but it will not go below that. You can still finish all three store encounters even if his cool is completely drained.
How do I get the Truth Delivered ending?
You must finish the three encounters with a total public awareness score of 60 or higher. You can achieve this by using a combination of Truth-bomb and Direct responses.
