More about this game

In Neurological Traffic Jam, you guide Lisa through a supermarket filled with sensory hazards like loud music, fluorescent flicker, and crowd pressure. Your goal is to reach the exit before her stress meter hits 100 percent. Stress naturally rises by 0.72 points every second you are not resting, and hitting a hazard adds an instant 17 points. You must find two Safe Havens, Quiet Corner and Low Light, and hold still inside each for 2.4 seconds to decompress and unlock the exit.

Tips
  • Hazards move back and forth along a set path, so time your movements carefully to slip past the Loud Music and Fluorescent Flicker.
  • Resting in a Safe Haven reduces stress by 22 points per second, so stay inside longer if your meter is running high.
  • Release your finger or mouse to stop moving instantly if Crowd Pressure gets too close, as hitting it triggers a cooldown.
Questions

How do I unlock the exit?

You must find both Safe Havens, Quiet Corner and Low Light, and hold still inside each one for 2.4 seconds to fully charge them. Once both are done, the exit opens.

What happens if I touch a hazard?

Touching a hazard adds 17 points to your stress meter, knocks you back 35 pixels, and triggers a short cooldown where you cannot take more damage.

Why is the screen getting blurry and shaky?

As Lisa's stress meter rises above 48 percent, static appears. Above 60 percent, the screen shakes, and above 72 percent, the screen blurs to simulate sensory overload.
