- Drag across the letters in a straight line to select a word.
- Find all the words to complete the level and earn golden leaves.
- Unlock new storybook chapters and trinkets as you progress through the ten levels.

More about this game
Whispering Words is a word search game where you find hidden words in a grid of letters. The goal is to locate all the words listed for each level as quickly and accurately as possible. You earn up to three stars based on your speed and accuracy, with a maximum of two mistakes allowed for a perfect score. Grid sizes start at 8x8 and grow to 12x12 as you progress through ten levels. Completing levels unlocks new chapters and trinkets in your memory storybook. A run ends when you find all the words in the level.
Tips
- You can only make 2 mistakes if you want to earn 3 stars, so be careful with your selections before lifting your finger.
- Words can be spelled forwards or backwards in any of the eight directions, including diagonally.
- Try Endless Mode for randomly generated puzzles with 7 words hidden in a 10x10 grid, which awards up to 6 golden leaves per round.

How do I earn 3 stars?
To earn 3 stars, you need to find all the words quickly and accurately. You must complete the level within the 150-second target time and make no more than 2 mistakes. If you take too long or make too many errors, your rating drops to one or two stars.
What do I get for completing levels?
Completing levels earns you golden leaves and unlocks new chapters and trinkets in your memory storybook. For example, level one unlocks the Metal Book trinket, and level two unlocks the Golden Leaf. You earn 2 base leaves plus 3 extra leaves per star.
How many levels are there?
There are 10 levels in the main game, featuring categories like Cozy Reading and Forest Flora. The grid sizes increase from 8x8 to 12x12. There is also an Endless Mode for unlimited randomly generated puzzles.
