More about this game
DDR: Family Mode Breakdown is a rhythm game where you tap directional arrows to the beat of a 45-second song. You can choose from four visual modifiers: Stealth, Sudden, Hidden, or Shake, which change how the arrows appear on screen. Your goal is to hit the notes exactly as they cross the bright line to build your combo and score points. The game ends when the song finishes, grading your accuracy and highest combo.
Tips
- A Perfect hit gives you 1000 points plus a combo bonus, while a Good hit gives 600 points.
- In Stealth mode, the arrows are invisible, so you must rely entirely on the 124 BPM rhythm.
- Every 10 combo hits triggers a cheer from Sunny, letting you know you are on a streak.
Questions
What do the different modes do?
Stealth hides the arrows completely, Sudden makes them appear at the last second, Hidden fades them out before the line, and Shake makes them jitter as they move.
How is the final grade calculated?
Your grade is based on accuracy. You need 95% for an S rank, 86% for an A, 72% for a B, and 58% for a C.
What happens if I miss a note?
Missing a note resets your combo to zero and displays a MISS message, but the song will continue until the 45 seconds are up.
